1) Find an experience that interests you and Reserve an available time-slot. Before you finish, tell your Xoobie about yourself and your interests so they can work that into your unique adventure.
2) An hour before your reservation time you will receive an update from your Xoobie when they are on their way to your meeting point, and you will be able to message them if you have any questions.
3) Meet, connect and have a great time.
Can I ask questions to the Xoobie before I book?
Absolutely! We encourage you to ask questions and engage with your Xoobies!
The best way to do it is through our mobile apps (Download here iOS | Android) for the fastest response.
You will need to create an account, but don’t worry, it’s pretty easy.
How much can I customize my Experience?
Xoobies are Experience experts, and they have tremendous leeway to change things to fit you. After all, it is all about you. Going on a chef’s experience and have diet restrictions? Let them know! Going on a Wine outing and want to explore only Reds? Not a problem. We got you covered.
Go ahead and message Xoobies before booking, or tell them all about yourself and your needs when you make the reservation. It’s flexible and it’s personal. And it’s just for you.
What if more people join me?
You are more than welcome to bring more Guests, provided you let us know at least 24 hrs in advance. When you book an Experience, specify how many people are going and the Xoobie designs the experience accordingly. Simply contact Xoobies at email@example.com or call us at 224.323.6580 if you need to make modifications to your existing booking.

Our guides, or Xoobies as we call them, have a great deal of flexibility to create custom experiences where their interests, expertise and personality can deliver a highly memorable experience for our customers.
How do I pay for my Xoobie experience?
When booking an experience you will be required to enter a payment method. The form of payment on record will get billed after the experience has been executed.
Should I tip my Xoobie?
Tipping is not required; however, it’s up to you if you so choose to tip your Xoobie.
What happens if it’s inclement weather?
We understand that sometimes the weather can be unpredictable at times; if we have to cancel an experience due to inclement weather, Xoobies will work with you to reschedule your booking. If we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a promo code or a credit to your account for the entire amount.
